这是菲尔·柯林斯1990年的力作之一，荣居排行榜冠军数周，从而奠定了菲尔在西洋流行歌坛“抒情才子”的宝座地位。歌中描写了一个流离失所、无处过夜的女子向过路人求救却遭拒绝的一幕，是一首具有很强现实主义的歌曲。歌中唱到： 柯林斯嗓音浑厚、充满，深受歌迷喜爱。更为可贵的是，在他近30年的艺术生涯中，他已从一名鼓手成长为集作词、作曲、演唱、演奏、制作为一身的摇滚艺术家。 Another Day In Paradise She calls out to the man on the street, "Sir, can you help me?It's cold and I've nowhere to sleep. Is there somewhere you can tell me?" He walks on, doesn't look back, he pretends he can't hear her. He starts to whistle as he crosses the street, seems embarassed to be there. She calls out to the man on the street, he can see she's been crying. She's got blisters on the soles of her feet,she can't walk but she's trying.
