JOHN DENVER
1943年12月31日出生於飛官之家、自幼即熱愛飛行，並以「搭機離開leaving, on a jet plane」一曲傳遞即將搭機上前線離開心上人之難捨心境的動人作品，建立起其個人音樂事業，卻悲劇地於1997年10月12日因飛機失事墜海，提早斷送了其人生的民謠創作歌手約翰丹佛john denver，雖然已無法再創造出更多觸動人心的歌曲，然其生前以其簡單真誠卻別具優美特色與韻味手法，描寫出生活中點點滴滴單純而美麗事物的「鄉村路帶我回家take me home country roads」、「肩上的陽光sunshine on my shoulders」、「安妮之歌annie’s song」…等無數經典名作，卻依然伴隨著世人，從未被所有曾受其感動的樂迷所遺忘，亦將永恆地傳唱下去，不斷地擄獲更多新世代樂迷的認同。
