Once upon a time Rolf Lovland stepped into my office with a tape in his pocket. Up until that day he had been known as a hit machine in the commercial pop field. The tape took me completely by surprise - it was the most beautiful music I had ever heard. The confirmation of having made a good signing recognized every time I played the demo when people passing my office came in and asked what the beautiful music was that I was playing.

That was three years and 1.5 million albums ago. Secret Garden's albums have in the meantime been released in more than 80 countries, and Fionnuala and Rolf have travelled to most of them to delight people with their music. They have taken the world by storm, especially the critics who have spoken highly of their timeless music.

Many people have said that Secret Garden's music is film music without a film. Based on the fact that you automatically visualize the most relaxing and beautiful pictures just by listening. Maybe it's only natural then, that Secret Garden's music has been used in several Hollywood productions as well as in TV programs and documentaries.
