尼爾斯•威爾海姆•加德（丹麥語：Niels Wilhelm Gade，1817年2月22日－1890年12月21日），丹麥作曲家，指揮家，小提琴家，管風琴家。早年在哥本哈根擔任小提琴手，1840年寫出成名作序曲《奧西安的回聲》。1843年孟德爾頌指揮其第一交響曲在萊比錫首演，後到萊比錫音樂學院任教。1848年返哥本哈根，創建哥本哈根音樂學院。加德的音樂創作主要遵循德奧傳統，尤其受孟德爾頌和舒曼的影響，音樂旋律優美，結構精緻。其創作和社會活動對北歐民族樂派的發展影響很大。
