回复:鋼琴五重奏輯 Louise Farrenc - Piano Quintets, Opp. 30 &a...
Quite two contrasting pieces that almost adhere to the classical 4-movement form. For the No. 1, the first movement is in 3/4 meter, A minor & sonata form. Shortly before the end of the movement, the music goes into a struggle, with the potential to end in A minor, but unexpectedly closes in the triumphant A major with a Picardy third. The second movement is a slow movement in E major, is in 3/8 meter and in ABACABA form (could be rondo or ternary), where the B's are in B major and the C is in E minor. The third movement is an agitated and ternary-form scherzo in A minor with the middle section in the tonic major. The finale is another sonata-form movement, that fades away in despair at last. The No. 2 is cheerful. The first movement in E major & sonata form, opens with an extra slow introduction. The second (slow) movement in A major, unexpectedly, is in sonata rondo form. The third movement is a ternary-form scherzo in C-sharp minor, featuring a middle section in the tonic major. The finale is a cheerful sonata-form movement in E major. Strangely, in the exposition the lyrical secondary subject is in A-flat major, while in the recapitulation it remains in E major.
