Compilation album released in Europe including 18 of the greatest hits of that was famous American vocal group 'The Platters' between 50's and 60's. Their compositions with romantic and classic lyrics and with well-structured vocal sound made their songs will grab hit after hit. And here are some of them to remember.

「五黑宝」是一个以汤尼威廉斯为主唱，四男一女的五重唱团体，他们是有史以来第一个拥有冠军单曲的黑人团体，在摇滚狂飙的50～60年代，只有他们还能靠演唱「情歌」在乐坛中屹立不摇，可说是当时全世界最受欢迎的合唱团！

干净、完美无懈可击的优美和声，让人为之着迷。

这么多年过去，「五黑宝」的多首畅销作品电台仍常常播放、甚至被电影采用为主题曲，如他们的成名曲〈Only you〉，最近就被史蒂芬金的电影「勿忘我」选为插曲；周星驰在「齐天大圣东游记」里，也曾与唐三藏诙谐对唱此曲。当然，还有那首因为史蒂芬史匹柏的电影「直到永远」，再度风靡世界的〈Smokes gets in your eyes〉，更是令人着迷的抒情经典。顺带一提，58年另一首冠军曲〈Twlight time〉发行时，曾录制三分钟宣传影带，被视为MV的始祖。
