Neal Schon尼尔·瑟夫生于1954年2月27日在俄克拉何马市福特空军基地附近，
俄克拉何马。他在5岁和15岁之间首次接触了吉他，并且他曾参加Santana的乐
队而开始他的音乐之旅。1973年，他离开了桑塔纳，加入Gregg Rolie这个新团
体成为举世皆知的吉他手。Neal是Journey乐队的创始人之一。并且Journey乐队
的每张唱片他都有参与。对他影响最大的吉他手是Jimi Hendrix、EricClapton和
Jeff Beck。Journey乐队的其他成员包括Schon & Hammer、HSAS。
