    James Blunt他的歌声 彷佛有一种魔力 勾起我们淡淡的感伤 若有似无的愁怅绝赞的专辑.被誉为今年英国新人王的James Blunt出生于英国，当歌手前是一位军人，曾受命服役于南斯拉夫的科索沃，也是一位保护英国女王及皇太后的皇家侍卫。离开军队后，他在美国的一次音乐研讨会上被前4 None Blondes灵魂人物Linda Perry发掘并将他签为自己Custard Records旗下的艺人。

    2004年，他发行了第一张专辑Back To Bedlam，2005年此专辑正式在英国发行。他的第三张单曲“You’re Beautiful”被人誉为Elton John名曲“Your Song”的现代版，并且连续数周蝉联英国单曲榜的冠军。有杂志评价他的声音为“堕落的天使”。在“You’re Beautiful”中，他那忧郁的嗓音加上忧郁的音乐成就了这首忧郁歌曲的成功。
