有關Alan Parson Projects的介紹

Alan Parson Projects可說是一人團體，由亞倫派森主導專輯的作品編寫與錄製，演唱部分則固定邀請幾位歌手輪流擔綱。

亞倫派森最初是以錄音工程師的身分進入流行音樂圈，曾擔任披頭四合唱團的專輯"Abby Road"的錄音師；也曾經為英國團體The Hollies製作過五張專輯，包括名曲"他不重，他是我兄弟"。隨後，他為搖滾名團"平克佛洛依德"(Pink Floyd)的不朽專輯"月球的黑暗面"(Dark side of the moon)擔任所有的錄音工程，震驚世界樂壇，其呈現出的逼真音效，令全球的搖滾樂迷及音響迷如癡如醉，至今仍是非常熱門的搖滾經典名盤。

1976年他組團進軍歌壇，首張專輯"神秘與幻想的故事"(Tales of mystery and imagination)，內容以恐怖小說作家愛倫坡的作品為主，推出後大獲好評。之後他的每張專輯都有一個明確的概念，例如專輯"我－機器人"(I Robot)探討人類與機器之間的關係；"高第"( Gaudi)則用整張專輯歌頌西班牙十九世紀天才建築師安東尼歐高第的一生。"金字塔"(Pyramid)描述古埃及金字塔種種神秘傳說。

Eye In The Sky "天空之眼"是同名專輯的標題曲。內容是描述未來世界中，人們的一舉一動都受到國家機器無形的監控。如果您看過電影"全民公敵"，就能了解受到嚴密監視的人，可說時時刻刻都生活在恐懼中，那是個一點都不美麗的新世界。
