Francis Goya（弗朗西斯戈雅）出生在Liege镇（比利时）的音乐世家。原名Francis Weyer，
自1970年开始使用Francis Goya的艺名发表作品，迄今已发表近30个专辑，另外还有许多单曲。
Francis Goya的演奏风格朴实无华，他所追求的吉他真缔在他的乐曲中得到充分的体现。
