Stanton Lanier出生在美国北卡罗来纳，从小就学习古典音乐，尤其喜欢
巴赫和贝多芬，在佐治亚大学时继续弹钢琴和写音乐，并且获得化学和工
商MBA双学历。2001年发表首张个人钢琴专辑《Walk in the Light》，其
后专辑《Still Waters (2002)》、《Draw Near (2004)》、《The Voice
(2005)》陆续出版，《Unveiled》是他2008年元旦最新发表的专辑，由格
莱美奖得主Will Ackerman担任制作人并演奏吉他。
