【專輯介紹】

1963年 2月19日出生的席爾是巴西與奈及利亞的混血兒不過成長於倫敦，八○年代開始於俱樂部與酒館演唱並曾短暫加入一個英國的放克樂團，隨著他們到日本演唱，在泰國期間他加入藍調樂團，離團後獨自到印度旅行，最後回到英國。席爾在倫敦遇到了浩室、科技舞曲的製作人亞當斯基(Adamski)，亞當斯基1990年有一首英國冠軍單曲”Killer”，其中擔任主唱的就是席爾。也因為”Killer”的優異表現，席爾獲得了出片合約，1991年他與新浪潮音樂時代的名製作人Trevor Horn合作，從首張專輯選出的單曲”Crazy”在英、美都是暢銷曲。由於他臉頰上有疤，還有演唱”Killer”之故，於是他有了「疤面殺手」、「疤面煞星」「疤面歌手」等綽號。
