ALL－4－ONE是一支非偶像型的男声组合，四名成员音色极为突出，每个人都具备超强唱功实力，尤其是两名主音，简直就是天王级歌者的水准。

先领唱的主音嗓音声音清秀，却略含金属音般的沙哑，穿透力极为出色。后领唱的主音嗓音略显醇厚，饱含沧桑男人的磁性，四个人的合音就更加天衣无缝，各具特色的嗓音合音之后竟是这样的和谐完美，高潮部分如一层层音浪涌入心底，几乎令你不敢呼吸，只怕自己的稍稍一点不留神就错过了这天籁之音的任何一个美妙瞬间。

以一首翻唱自63年The Tymes的So Much In Love而成為樂壇矚目焦點的四重唱美聲團體All-4-One，以R&B、Doo-Wop及Jazz等50、60年代的復古音符為創作元素，將和諧美聲與天賦的活力匯集在他們的音樂中。

自So Much In Love發表後，不僅獲得金唱片的紀錄，更在榜上得到Top 5的成績。而接下來的單曲I Swear更是一舉佔上排行榜冠軍達11週之久，不但成為1994年最暢銷的一首單曲，也是搖滾史上位居第3成功的作品。

除了在銷售量(首張專輯在全球超過500萬張)與排行榜大放異彩外，All-4-One更以I Swear一曲拿下第37屆葛萊美獎的最佳流行合唱團體及全美音樂獎最受歡迎靈魂/節奏與藍調藝人獎。
