好像Paul mauriat曾经改编过此曲吧

对。除 Paul Mauriat 之外，我也曾听过其他纯音乐的演奏。

但，个人感觉是 ：听好的歌者演绎这曲子才能直接感受到这歌的幽怨和悲伤 。

此曲原是法文，由 Edith Piath 作词和首唱，是她特别献给她的至爱，但很不幸，
在她刚录灌了这首歌之后，她的爱人却在一场飞机失事中丧生了。
网上可以找到她包括这首歌的专辑。不懂法文的，听 Edith Piath 唱这歌，只觉
得浪漫，听 Brenda Lee 的，反而觉得幽怨和伤感。
