　　传奇式乐队Deep Purple和Rainbow的英国吉他手Ritchie
Blackmore，与他的妻子Candice Night组成的夫妻乐队Blackmore’s
Night，这对神仙眷侣虽然年岁相差26岁，但并不影响他们对音乐的
一致理解。Ritchie Blackmore因文艺复兴（Renaissance）情结，从Hard Rock中抽身，和妻子共同步入美妙的World Music、
Renaissance、New Age、Folk领域中。
　　这是一张令人感觉新鲜的专辑，扑面而来的神秘的中世纪之风，风格明快却不阴暗。Blackmore在专辑里担任大多数乐器的演奏，包括吉他贝斯、曼陀铃、鼓和铃鼓。Night清新甜美的声音与繁多的中世纪乐器配合，不显凌乱却更加突出Folk的气质，大部分歌曲
都是纯正的民谣，节奏舒缓，旋律流畅。当乐声响起，绚丽的世界、
